Community Living Services

The Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center's Community Living Services enables individuals with disabilities to thrive in a home environment. Services are provided based on each person's individual needs and goals.

Living with roommates or on their own, individuals may receive attendant care, health care coordination, home and community based habilitation, residential based habilitation, behavior modification, assistive technology, and medical rehabilitation therapies. 

Eligibility and funding for Community Living Services is determined by Indiana's Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services.  For more information on Community Living Services, contact the Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center.
