Community Living Services

The Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center's Community Living Services enables individuals with disabilities to thrive in a home environment. Services are provided based on each person's individual needs and goals.

Whether living with roommates or on their own, individuals can receive home and community based services including - but not limited to - Direct Support Professional assistance, public transportation, financial training, medical/medication management, attention to behavioral needs, assistive technology, and medical rehabilitation therapies. 

Eligibility and funding for Community Living Services is determined by Indiana's Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services.  For more information on Community Living Services, contact the Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center.
