New Frontiers Employment Services is the job placement program of Posey County Rehabilitation Services (PCRS), a division of the Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center.

New Frontiers assists adults with disabilities in preparing for, obtaining, and retaining competitive employment in Posey County (IN) and surrounding counties. New Frontiers works with partners at Vocational Rehabilitation Services, The Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services and Waiver Case Managers to help individuals with disabilities in achieving their goals for community employment.

Certified employment specialists empower clients to make informed career choices. The staff offers assistance in preparing resumes, completing applications, improving interview skills, and accessing community resources. New Frontiers' person-centered planning focuses on:
