Horizon Industries offers vocational and educational opportunities for adults with mental retardation and developmental disabilities. Individuals learn valuable skills while earning a paycheck. Each client has input into an individual treatment plan focusing on personal goals. To help individuals achieve their goals, case managers offer advocacy services and assistance in accessing community resources. |

Through contracts with local businesses, Horizon Industries offers workers the opportunity to perform jobs such as light assembly; demasking plastic to be recycled for industrial use; sorting, packaging and inspecting parts for quality control; recycling Gaylord boxes; paper shredding; and maintenance tasks at satellite locations. |
